Okay, so I usually don't go super ham with the reviews I do, but Dead By Daylight, and a fun game based on the themes of DBD? Sign me up.

I should note that I haven't been able to devote a huge amount of time to this game just yet, wanted to grind for the rewards, so I haven't progressed very far.

Love the vibe of this game. I genuinely enjoy the switch from the cute little doodles in battle and exploring the library, to the scenes and such with the survivors.

The writing is also enjoyable! Nothing extremely crazy, but it doesn't need to be. Some of the things elicit a giggle out of me, too, which is always nice.

The artwork is also nice, from what I've seen. A few inconsistencies, but it's nothing that personally bothers me all too much.

I think the main suggestions I'd have is to work on UI and functionality, along with quality of life improvements. I don't think there's any reason to discredit the work you've already done, and I completely understand it's a prototype! But things I'd suggest would mainly be speed at which you can operate things (having to wait a few seconds to click on another thing after clicking off it, for example), a checklist to see who needs what, or what you're actively doing, in the case that you're juggling multiple survivors at once, and.. yeah, that's about all I can think of at the moment! I'll prolly remember something after I finish this, but whatever.

I love DBD, and now you've given me the urge to go draw more of it..
